Rare single-lot availability gives buyers immediate access to proven, bankable equipment without the wait

DRIPPING SPRINGS, TX / ACCESS Newswire / July 1, 2026 / Guided Path Solar, an independent solar equipment distributor serving professionals across the contiguous United States, has secured 37 megawatts of Qcells Q.PEAK DUO XL-G11.3/BFG bifacial modules in 575 W and 580 W power classes.

The acquisition gives developers, EPCs, and procurement teams access to a significant volume of proven, bankable equipment from a globally recognized manufacturer without the lead times typically associated with new procurement. Finding this volume in a single lot is uncommon in today's market.

"The supply environment hasn't made life easy for developers and procurement teams," said Hollis Miles, CEO of Guided Path Solar. "Bankable products at this scale, available now, and without a long wait are difficult to find. We work in parts of the market that give us early visibility into opportunities like this one. When we find something our customers need, we move fast. This is a good example of that."

The Q.PEAK DUO XL-G11.3/BFG series is well regarded among installers and developers for field performance and long-term reliability. Qcells, headquartered in South Korea and backed by Hanwha, is widely recognized as one of the world's leading Tier-1 solar module manufacturers. As developers increasingly weigh supply chain considerations alongside pricing and performance, equipment from established manufacturers continues to play a critical role in project financing and planning.

The modules are Korean-manufactured and carry low FEOC compliance risk. They do not qualify for the domestic content adder under current IRA guidelines. Guided Path Solar has completed supply chain diligence on the inventory.
